MFE Aluminum Formwork

Very fast construction times are achieved. Able to achieve 4 days per floor construction times.
High quality finish with minimal remedial works and only "skim coat" finishing required.
MFE Formwork panels can be re-used 300 to 750 times and are 100% recyclable.
MFE Formwork panels are light and can be hand-held so no need for lifting equipment.
Can be assembled by unskilled labour with easy on-job training.
Constructed from high strength aluminium alloy and no timber is used.
Only requires one level of deck panels as panels can be removed without distrubing the support props.
Substantially lower formwork costs and high ROI is achieved with high re-uses (200+ re-uses) .

Conventional

Substantially slower with separate casts & timber use. Average 12 - 14 days per floor.
Plywood/timber finish typically requires heavy astering to achieve acceptable finish.
Plywood/timber is limited to 2 - 7 uses depending on quality used and cant be recycled.
Heavy so lifting equipment/cranes are required.
Generally requires skilled and experienced carpenters for cutting and fixing plywood and timber.
Conventional is a timber based method so low sustainability.
Requires 1.5 to 2 levels of deck panels as the plywood cannot be removed without dismantling the supports.
